After performing a hardware reset (Ink Pad Reset), the electronic counter is reset to zero, but the physical ink pads inside the printer are likely still saturated with ink. Ignoring this may result in ink leaking onto your desk or floor.
Check the boxes for the counters (Main pad, Platen pad) and click Initialize How To Reset Epson L1250 Printer
