The story follows , a feisty girl from Ambala who travels to Delhi to buy an expensive designer "lehenga" (wedding dress) for her arranged marriage to an NRI, Angad. While in Delhi, she meets Humpty Sharma , a carefree local lad. Despite her impending marriage, the two fall in love.
