For the uninitiated, K-PACS is a free, DICOM-compliant viewer and small-scale PACS solution. Version 25 (often labeled 2.5 or similar, depending on the source) is a sweet spot: light enough to run on older Windows 7/10 machines, yet powerful enough to handle CT, MRI, and DX studies without choking.
A: Not natively. You would need a Windows virtual machine (Parallels, VMware Fusion) or Wine. Performance is poor.
