Once active, clicking the bug icon or using specific keys opens various menus:
Items you spawned or changes you made while in debug will remain in your save file. You do not lose your castle. You only lose the ability to open the debug menus.
Some debug-like options (god mode, invisibility) can be enabled in sandbox without full debug mode.
