Rasgulla Ullu

I didn't know what to expect from something called Rasgulla Ullu — part spongy syrupy ball, part nocturnal bird of "wisdom." Turns out, it's neither fully a satisfying sweet nor a clever snack. The rasgulla part is fine: soft, squishy, dripping with sugar. But the "ullu" aspect? That just makes you feel foolish for buying it.

Biologists might argue that a "Rasgulla Ullu" is an evolutionary impossibility. An owl made of cottage cheese would have significant trouble flying, let alone hunting.
