Interestingly, a complete Blu-ray box set of Smallville exists, but it is notoriously flawed. The Blu-ray releases for early seasons often used older masters with excessive edge enhancement (halos around characters). The versions frequently come from newer, more carefully curated streaming masters that have been corrected for color timing (the shift from the original "WB look" to a more modern neutral grade). Many archivists agree that the Web-DL looks more "film-like" than the commercial Blu-ray.
