Combat encounters used to be simple stat checks. Now, they’ve been replaced with a dialogue-based “Vibe Check” system. You parry insults, deploy wit, or weaponize vulnerability. It feels like Dating Sim meets Diss Track , and it’s surprisingly tense. One wrong emoji and you’re blocked from an entire questline.
The developer has also hinted at a "reputation legacy" system, where your character’s actions unlock different starting traits for New Game+, encouraging players to get "cancelled" at least once to see the unique content that unlocks.
